This is what I call a teddy bear head, cute and round, but all groomers have different names for different things.
Here is a picture of two others, one with a top knot and one with out. The boy on the left has a kind of teddy bear head but he has a silk coat. Lucy on the right has a puppy cut, with a top knot(...puppy cut.... a generic term use to cut hair like a puppy but the length is up to each person to determine) Attachment 114913
And last for now is my Tailor the day after his Championship papers got here. He has a heavy silk coat and I left his top know to keep the hair out of his eyes. Attachment 114914
I hope these help,

OMG!!!! Debbie you do such a great job!!!! Too bad you are across the US or I would drive for hours to have you groom my baby!!! I had Buddy groomed last week for the first time and I had no idea what to ask for. My Buddy has really big ears (which I love) ....I asked the groomer not to shave the tips of his ears because I thought it would make his ears look even larger. Do you think that was wise?
Anyway I just wanted to compliment you on your work.
