It's survival of the fittest....My girls each have caught a baby bird at seperate times..not to kill I don't think but to play with .....I was right out there with them when both homicides took place
Chanel caught hers in mid air and Cheri nailed one hopping on the ground....I tried to save them but sadly they didn't make it...I think they died of fright.
Now when I see nests I keep a good eye on my little hunters cause they are FAST and it's just instinct ....
