Yes, absolutely anyone can attend. You can go to either

http://www.onofrio.com/. If you go to Onofrio just go to show information, all shows. The Oklahoma City YT Club is Friday, May 18th. The following day is the Central Oklahoma Toy Dog Club Specialty at the same location. You can get all the details there. Numbers and times won't be posted till sometime next week. As for taking your dogs...Actually, it is against the rules to take any dogs not entered, but, some people do. It mainly depends on the people hosting the shows or the akc rep. You could try it, just don't be upset if someone ask you to take your dogs out. These shows will be lots of fun and you will be able to meet lots of people that share your love of the breed.
