Another thing to try is an xpen outside that is fairly small. When you take her outside you put her in the pen and give her her cue which can be "go potty" or "do your hurry up" or whatever you choose. If she doesn't go right away begin to walk away. As soon as she goes her out and praise her a lot! She will get the idea that she doesn't get out until she goes. This could work insdie too if you cover the entire floor in the pen with paper so she has to go on the paper.
Diapers when in the hpuse is also a saving grace until she is completely house broken. You have to take them off and put them on everytime she goes in the pen to do her business but it will be worth it in the end.
