How about telling her that you heard her yorkie barking and you just looked to check to make sure everything was alright and noticed she did not have water as it was so hot and you brought her some as you noticed she was not home and you were sure it was an oversight on her part as she is a Yorkie owner like You and knows the danger of leaving pets outside with no water and shade in the heat!!maybe she will get the hint that people are watching and she will be a little more careful!!! I feel so bad for that baby!! Fortunately I have a screened in front porch so Nathan can go outside when he wants and play on the porch and get a good breeze and be protected and he comes in and out for his water and food!! Wow what is on her mind!!!!
