Wow. That is awful!
We've had a couple Yorkies stolen in my neighborhood. People just resell them in the paper or wherever to make a few hundred dollars.
Was it here on YT that I was reading a story about a woman who got coffee every morning and left her dog in the car while she ran in. The car got broken into one morning (in a matter of seconds) by someone who obviously knew this woman's schedule.
