Sooooo strange that you would post this. The other day I was standing in front of my building with Chewy waiting for my family and two guys were staring at the dog and whispering to each other and then tried starting up meek conversation with me. I was nervous and actually scared they would snatch him when my son and husband walked out to meet me and the guys both walked away. I feel so bad for your friend. This is unimaginable to me.
