When I had the dry coat/dry skin problem with Chattie I started correcting the problem from the inside out. It took a while to find the right combination (about a year) but for us Canidae All Life Stages dry kibble sprinkled with Missing Link and about 3 drops of pure emu oil daily has turned her coat around. I shampoo with MinkSheen -- it is a GREAT product. Other great shampoos that worked for me are Coat Handlers and the Cranberry Fields Shampoo and Conditioner that Kathryn_V sells (

When starting a new program, be sure to give it a chance. It might take several weeks/months to see a real difference.
