ok...calm down...everything will be fine....first you need to make sure he is drinking..the numberone thing is that he does get dehydrated!! can you go to the store and get pedialyte?? its the best to give them instead of water when they vomit or have diarrhea. as far as food...if he is eating his food normal i wouldnt worry about feeding him anything else ( i dont know about the apples that might work)...if he isnt eating..thats when you give him the chicken and rice...i am sure someone else will have more help soon....if you have any questions please ask...i am here...
