all good thoughts go out to your friend ... and pat yourself on the back for being there for her.

If ever she needed someone, it was then. Kudos to you.

I understand the feeling of going to the hospital ... I cannot even drive by the hospital where my husband and my parents passed away.

And I never go the route where my first husband died in the car accident... some memories are way too painful!
