it looks like it is swollen right where you'd put eye liner is that right??? might you have gotten some of the wood from the eyeliner stick stuck in your skin?? did you just wake up one morning like this??? (by the way.. i'm no nurse
) but i've also woken up with one eyelid swollen.. i think it was last summer... i don't think i got it looked at and it just went away.. but mine wasn't painful.. sorry i guess i am no help. you might want to get another opinion!
