A few old sayings came to my mind when I read this....
Some things you have to take with a grain of salt.
Some times you must consider the source.
Some things you have to let roll of of you like water on a duck's back.
If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything.
If all else fails, if you don't like what you are reading, move on to something more pleasant.
Pray for your enemies.
