This happened to my pup when we first got him!! I didn't know anything about yorkies and i guess his butt hair was too long... i kept trying to wipe it but after a few days his hair and dried poo formed a little clog and the poor guy couldn't go!
I freaked out and ran him to the vet. Ever since then i just keep his little bum shaved and things have been coming out fine without a mess ever since (he's almost 5 months now).
