Splenda was my choice a few years back. I would put it in my green tea (cold green tea)....even then, it was only half a packet. Then, there was the big debate over those sweetners NOT being good for you and in cases, worse then actual sugar. I was recommended by the dietician to do natural ones like Stevia, and the like...can't remember what other ones, but they can be found at health food stores. I now use nothing to sweeten my drinks and found that it is an acquired taste, but it has grown on me.
BUT between the two, you need to go w/ what you like....you are the one using it, so whatever tastes better to you and is handier for you.
