Cesar's Way I have his book and CDs and have watched the shows. I've seen him with toy dogs, and he adapts his methods considerably for their size, but the principles remain the same. He focuses on correction for dogs with 'issues', so I think you have to keep that in mind, particularly if you don't have a problematic dog you might just need some basic obedience training. IMO I think he is right on for the most part. I too think you must establish yourself as 'leader' but that doesn't say you have to be mean about it. |
