I like splenda and I used to use it but I read an article a while back about many side effects that splenda can cause. I'll have to find it--I know that I printed it... Some of the side effects were headaches, mood swings, joint pain... so I decided to stop using it. I don't recall personally experiencing any of the symptoms but I didn't want to risk it because I was already having back problems and I didn't want to add to that
