Yes I do maam. I make different kinds.
"Entomatadas"(Tomato-ed, lol)which is basically in a spicy tomato sause with chicken inside.
"Enchiladas Verdes"(Green enchiladas)which is the same thing as above but made with Tomatillo which is the green tomato.
"Enchiladas Callejeras" (Street enchiladas) These are dipped in a red sauce mix made from Chile Guajillo or Cascabel. They are rolled with a cheese called Queso Fresco.
"Enchiladas Americanas" These are much easier to make but still quite tasty. They are made with Cheddar cheese and Chili with beans.
