Does anyone use puppy pads for potty training or all the time? We are having a hard time training Sophie to use potty outside. I'm sure a lot of it is us not taking her outside enough, but when she's out she doesn't understand what she's out there for. She would much rather watch cars and people and lay in the grass. Any tips would be appreciated.
