We got Dudley, our male Yorkie, a year & a half ago. He stole our hearts. We have years of experience with breeding other toy dogs, but had not had a Yorkie previously. We have been looking for just the right female, with just the right size, and just the right temperament for him ever since.

We finally found her! We've had her about a month now, and she fit right in - and of course, she believes she is the Queen. Her name is Corky. Dudley is a blue & gold, while she is a black & gold.. Not sure which color is dominant with Yorkies, but we're looking forward to learning.

They are both such a joy to have around. They have to have their own pillow on our bed at night (where they both sleep). It will be a while before we have any puppies, because I want her to be over a year old before breeding. Dudley has always been more of a "Dad's dog" - but Corky has definitely become "Mom's dog". LOL
