Reesee was the same way, slowly I have gotten her used to it a bit at a time. Just run your fingers through the hair at first. After that I got one of my wide tooth plastic combs and ran it over her very lightly. Then we graduated to the metal comb!
I sit her in my lap facing away from me and give her a nylabone to chew on while I comb, she does turn around but I just turn her around again. If she fights me I keep going, I dont stop until she surrenders
