On the Oprah Show earlier this week she had the smallest dog on as a guest. It was a cute little Chihuahua. She had the owner take the little ones' dress off so everyone could see how little she was. Very cute.

I don't think they said the weight or size of this Chihuahua, maybe Cali should be entered to see if she is the smallest.
