OK, I know this is not authentic, except to me but this is what I do and everyone seems to like them. I sprinkle the meat with season salt and marinade in worchestshire sauce. Then grill meat. In the meantime I saute onions and peppers and serve with guacumole, sour cream, salsa, etc. My hubby like to sprinkle with fajita seasoning but still uses the worchestshire as marinade.
