The yellow is from the uric acid in the urine. Female dogs usually have a greater concentration of uric acid than males. Putting some Lime on the area will help to neutralize the uric acid, but short of watering every time the babies pee, you just need to live with it. Perhaps using an x-pen so they are confined to just one section of the yard would help as well.....
