Sending prayers for Kristen. How frightening that must have been for both of you. I understand the fear of the hospital - my FIL had a stroke and was in the hospital not too long after my mom had been in with cancer. She was there quite a while and my dad stayed at the hospital with her. I couldn't bring myself to visit my FIL after the first time I went to see him. What you are feeling is very normal. I hope the stroke wasn't a major one and Kristen will be able to continue on somewhat normally, after after giving that guy a boot out the door. Hugs to you both. |
