 Lulu's Dress from Puppy Wraps
I love this dress on Lulu. I found the fabric, I wanted something with ladybugs. I mailed it to Kimberly Ann(LitlbitRanch) and she made this beautiful dress for Lulu. I explained to her what I wanted and she did a great job. She is wonderful to work with. Lulu wore the dress for Easter.
