She is so sweet and you've done a great job grooming her! Before you cut down that hair why not try using some of the hair clips instead of rubber bands? They're easier on the hair. If you really feel you want to cut it then think about a Chrysanthemum flower - how round it is and start cutting the hair to shape her head. If you use clippers use a 30 blade with a #4 comb and if thats too long use a #1 comb. Just keep shaping the head until it's nice and round. Check out a few grooming shop photos online they might have photos and helpful tips.
