Yeah, Tahoe almost died from a Greenie obstruction. He absolutely loved them and I loved to give them to him just to see how unbelievably ecstatic he got when I gave him one. I'm convinced his digestive problems are a result of his continued consumption of Greenies before we finally realized and stopped giving them to him.
If you give a dog a product and he eats it and it comes out practically the way it went in or at least you find that it's presence in his stool is clearly evident, you shouldn't give it to him. I found solid chunks of greenies in Tahoe's stool. Very obvious. When it comes out that way, it isn't digesting or breaking down. That's serious and causes serious damage to the intestines.
They claim they changed their formula but they denied there was a problem with them for YEARS, resulting in numerous dogs' deaths, and I don't trust that company or believe anything they say. They were willing to lie once, they'll be willing to lie again.
