Thanks so much for your help. I will give your suggestions a try. I guess the key word is 'patience'. I was just so disappointed when she turned out not to be paper trained because I wanted her to have the run of the house and to be able to sleep with me. BTW, when I first got her I was letting her sleep with me just to discover that she had been getting up in the night and peeing at the foot of my bed.
I purchased her from a breeder across the country in CA (I am in Maryland) but she was originally born in Brazil. |
