OMG I get the chills just reading the word "tick". I remember my first encounter on an animal. I was peting my Golden and I felt this lump about the size of a large grape. I said to my hubby, Ginger has some kind of lump, so we move her hair and my dh is like...Gross, thats an engorged Tick. I seriously almost passed out right then and there. We ran her to our vet and I'm not sure what he did but he got it off. That was by far the sickest thing I have ever seen..they give me the creeps!!!
