I had a great dane a long time ago, and they have horrible bloat problems. This was typical during puppyhood, you just had to watch out that everything eventually "passed." Rice and chicken strictly -- was what I was told to feed her if it got worse. Everytime she ate she would bubble up and get that "drum-feeling" belly, lay on her side only, etc. It was not a severe thing, and it stopped happening once she was about 8 months old.
What kind of diet was Angel on around Thanksgiving? Did she get into anything that could be causing a serious stomach virus? Pork chops sometimes cause a reaction like this in humans ... I dunno. Your vet has done fecals and ruled out parasites, worms, etc.. I'm sure? All I can say is good luck! |
