Banana Praline Muffins
1/3 c chopped pecans, toasted
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lt. sour cream
Mix together, set aside.

3 small ripe bananas, mashed
1 lg. egg
1 1/2c. pancake mix or Bisquik
1/2c. sugar
2 tbsp oil
Put bananas in a bowl, add the egg, then the rest of ing. do not over mix,stir just til moistened.Spray muffin tins or use baking cups & spray cups. Spoon in batter, spoon pecan mix evenly on top. Bake 400 for about 18-20 min.

I leave out the chocolate chips, it's not necessary.
