Puppy pads dont work too good for Scamp we have all hardwood floors,with scatter rugs,here & there,,,,i got puppy pads,he would use them but would also go on the scatter rugs too prob thinking they are pee pads too,,,so he is confused,so i lifted all the rugs up thinking that will do the trick

I take him out first thing in the morning,soon as they get up..
I thought Scamp would learn from his sister Minnie,doing her duty soon as she goes outside.......but its still a nightmare...........i need help too
