Let me share one of my many experiences with Rena ...
I ordered a front legs-out stlye carrier for Codie in a green camo print. Rena made it but I wasn't happy with the straps (I have a bad neck/shoulder area and get a lot of there) so I needed the straps to be padded and in a criss-cross fashion. I sent the carrier back and she fixed it with no problems. But I STILL wasn't happy. So what did she do? She told me to send it back and she fixed it some more, all of this for FREE.
Rena was SO incredibly patient with me and she never charged me for all the adjustments or shipping of the carrier back to me several times. In addition, I've ordered several shirts and they're all awesome. Rena is fabulous, caring and talented. I will be a lifetime member for sure!!
