yes!.. we had to go outside to test it out.. she stayed in there but was standing the whole time.. it was soo cute.. she kept looking up at me to make sure I'm still there.. everytime I walked away she would crank her head around to make sure momma's not gonna leave her... I can't wait to see what she does at the fair with all of the doggies around.. the bf's probably going to have to puch the stroller.. good thing he doesn't mind pushing a pink stroller
