I agree dogs need to walk for excersize, but strollers are great when you go places like the mall, shopping strips, traveling, or flea markets, you really wouldnt want your dog walking around there would you?
In a stroller you can take your babys all sorts of places and you dont have to worry about people petting them if you dont like that sort of thing and you can shop and put bags under the stroller, etc. They really do come in handy.
