I've gotten a yorkie at 8 weeks,12 weeks and a 10 week old. The 8 week old was the most difficult from my experience. Just because a lot of pups are too young and still need their mom at 8 weeks. She cried the most. It was like having a newborn baby. She cried. I tried comforting her and leaving her alone. Finally I left her alone in the crate,open door with pee pad out.Don't feel bad. Make sure she has her food/water maybe a toy,blanky. By 10-11 weeks she was completely quiet at night and slept until we woke up.
