Hi, no its actually a purse not a dog carrier
Pia will sit in any of my purses and never tries to get out, so thats why I posted a pic with her in it.
Places that allow dogs I will more then often take her in this bag because I can easily fit her and a few other things that I need. However, its not a dog carrier so when I need it closed this bag wouldn't work.
I just love it though
