I ground all the meats, whether it be veal, beef, chicken ect.
I steam my veggies, zucchini, butter squash, celery, very little broccoli, basically I do a rainbow of color with the veggies and whatever is in season.
Steam the brown rice then mix everything together, sometimes I use oats or pasta. once or twice a week they get omelets. I also grate a little garlic clove on the food.
