Sorry to go OT, but to respond to your comment:
You could use a break-away cat collar with id if you've got a tiny little one.
Since I've got yorkie-tanks (or to be pc, teaPOTS )I keep regular collars with id on mine and still will even after I get them microchipped. So many people don't know anything about microchipping and I want the greatest chance of getting a call if my babies get lost.

I still use a step in harness for walking them. Never want any pressure on their necks. Even at 11 & 13 lbs, they are still small.
