My heart aches for you right now, I can't imagine what you must be going through!
I will be praying for you and Maddie and her safe return. Have you thought of contacting a local news station and asking them if they might run a small clip concerning Maddie and her being sick and needing her medication and show a picture of her? If someone from the college took her they might be keeping her at a friend or relatives house as most of the time animals aren't allowed in dorms and if they saw something like that they might return her to you.
