Hi there. I need your help. So I don't know if you remember but I had a thread that talked about a co-worker of mine who got a cocker spaniel from what I thought was a puppy mill:
www.classywags.com. The puppy she wants is the black and brown cocker named brandy. I'm sure most of you would agree. I educated her on puppy mills and she felt bad for supporting it but she is soo in love with her new puppy. She has paid for her puppy ($700) and her puppy is supposed to arrive on the 23rd by plane. My friend Anita says the breeder keeps putting her off and telling her to relax, that she'll get her puppy. But she hasn't even given her a confirmation for the plane or anything. She told her yesterday that once it's set up she will call her. Is that normal not to have flight info till last minute?? My experience was great with a reputable breeder so I don't what to tell her. Where can she go if this breeder sends no puppy, and keeps the money?
