It was not my intention to come across rude although you pointed out that I was. I apologize for that. I completely agree that she had every right to post her disappointment in a review, but it didn't stop there. It was also brought out in other posts, and then again this morning in several posts and now this one. I didn't read the posts as being rude or attacks at the original poster but just surprise that she received something of poor quality from Rena and they offered suggestions as to what may have happened and ways to possibly handle the situation. Since it continues on, to me I perceive it as more of an attack of Rena's ethics and not just the dissatisfaction of her product. I don't blame Rena for feeling embarrassed or becoming defensive. It was just my opinion that the original poster should have posted her disappoint in one single posting and then settled the matter privately with the vendor. Unfortunately when you take it public everyone is going to have an opinion and not everyone is going to agree. My opinion too was just that an opinion, to which I am entitled. Telling me that I was rude doesn't make you any different then those that you are complaining about.
It's just an unfortunate situation all the way around and I hope the parties can come to an amicable resolution.
