I think when the member being complained about is also a YT member then they should handle it in private. The seller told her she would get her money back if she returned the items but that was not good enough for the OP she kept on going with it. All I know is someone also posted a thread about theiir good experiences they had with the seller and she went on there and made comments too when does it end. The seller was in tears today because of the good review she got. She seems like a genuinely kind person who didnt need to be raked over the coals
