you can give the vendor a place to either thank them or explain the poor rating
no one else needs to be involved in a product review (only the buy-seller)....we should not let other yt members comment on something they are not involved with.
yt members should only be able to review it...that is all

I agree, the star rating is a great idea! That way it stays between the buyer, and seller.
Personally, i would never put a bad review out on an open forum, we all have good, and bad days, we are all allowed to make mistakes. I would resolve the issue, between the seller, and myself, but thats JMO
