Omg V, lol...that sounds totally cute! I can just see Cheri having a little conversation with the squirrels But I can't however see her ever trying to hurt or kill one...she probably just loves the company and their fun little conversations that they have together I bet she gets the biggest kick out of that! My Pippi loves to sit and watch them run across the fence - she doesn't bother them at all. I really don't know if Peaches is just trying to "play" with them like you said, and maybe she just goes too far The only time I have ever seen her get "MEAN" is when Pippi was trying to steal her food (which is when she bit her) or when someone she doesn't know just enters the backyard without warning (such as the meter reader) She DOES get very aggressive when it comes to her food...and her territory. She is a very playful dog so maybe she really DOESN'T realise what she's doing. I just hate the fact that the poor little things have to die They are so darn cute!
