would it help if our review system was different....say for instance.....

you would review the customer service aspect w a 5star rating
then you would review the product w a 5 star rating

meaning 5stars it was great, 1 star meaning it needs some work

that way we can see the customer service aspect of it and separate it from the product......and you don't need to put any personal opinions

you can give the vendor a place to either thank them or explain the poor rating

no one else needs to be involved in a product review (only the buy-seller)....we should not let other yt members comment on something they are not involved with.
yt members should only be able to review it...that is all

i think this would be a good idea
