Looks like you got some GREAT advice from Meg. I have never had acne or anything but I have a friend who has and these were some things her doctor told her to do. I would concentrate on leaving sugars out of your idea, including juice, soda, candy, cakes, etc. Drink lots of water, veggies and protein. Diet has a lot more to do with skin issues than most people know. I'm sure its a hormonal/stress related stuff so the meds may not work as a permanent solution. I would also discontinue use of make up for a while until it clears up. Good luck!
