My Sophie had to have 4 teeth pulled when we had her spayed. Her permanent teeth had came in beside the baby ones and she was only 6 mths. old. The vet said they where really in there good and had to be pulled. I was afraid to wait because I didn't want it to make her teeth crooked. She came through everything just fine. I asked for pain meds. because of all she had done and we didn't even have to give her one. She acted like nothing had happend. So if they do have to pull your babies teeth I think he will be fine. I hope everything goes well.
