The part that is the most scary is that the dog was euthanized without the knowledge or okay from the actual owner. I didn't know legally they can do that but as it was in the possession of the Pound authorities, I guess they can.
BTW in my original post, I have no idea how G. Sheperd (I misspelled it on purpose this time) has become a link to some advertisement. Is this happening on this forum when you type in a dog breed? |
