Gracie has been such a hit here-in a 2x4 mile island with thousands of people and tourists-it is amazing how the locals get to know each other and there are sooo many dogs here-Everyone knows Gracie-no one remembers my name-it is funny-the dogs get to make friends and restaurants - shops- grocery stores (excepy Fausto's) Walgreens-banks-even the post offfice if you are carrying your dog allows them-home in Pa is totally different-Gracie turned 1 year old here in Nov and really has spent most of her adult life here-she is going to go thru a culture shock to the mountains of Pa-No puppies-kitties-chickens-kids-people everywhere-sidewalks-just woods and quiet....what will we do?? lol-Carol
